1. About Rocket Ball

Rocket Ball is a free launcher for Windows that lets you organize and start fan-games that are already on your computer, and an optional account on rocket-ball.online to sync your library.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Usernames, avatars and banners must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonate someone else.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

3. Games and content

Rocket Ball does not host, sell or distribute any game. You add games from your own computer and you are solely responsible for having the right to use them. Fan-games belong to their creators, and the original franchises belong to their respective owners. Rocket Ball is not affiliated with any of them.

Images you upload (avatar, banner) must be yours or used with permission.

4. Recordings

The launcher can record your gameplay. Recordings are saved only on your computer, in the folder you choose. Respect the rules of the games and of the platforms where you share them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or abuse the website, the API or other users' accounts, and do not use Rocket Ball for anything illegal.

6. No warranty

Rocket Ball is provided "as is", for free, without any warranty. We are not responsible for problems caused by the games you launch, data loss, or service interruptions, to the extent allowed by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Rocket Ball means you accept the new terms.
